The most important role that this project was tasked with was providing key information about Stephenson Engineering to its staff. Although the company only had 95 staff they found that key technical information and projects of the company was not being retained by its staff.
The solution was to develop a staff portal that would have a stream of topics pertaining clients specific news, new technology, and staff events and photos. Within the branding development I quickly gravitated to the idea of creating characters out of the E’s. One E would represent everything technical and corporate while the other E represented social events and light hearted news.
The launch of SEEN gave staff the ability to share ideas and stories, and keep up with industry news. The balance of social and company news kept staff engaged.
